These cellulosic fibres are derived from sustainable wood sources, mainly eucalyptus trees, and form a soft, lustrous and versatile fabric. Lyocell is the latest development in this fabric technology, boasting a superior production process that uses a closed loop system and no harmful chemicals.

TENCEL ™ Lyocell and Modal are known for their soft feel, gentle texture, flexibility, strength and breathability – features well suited to activewear. The ability of Tencel to regulate body temperature and wick moisture from the skin helps prevent the growth of bacteria which keeps clothes fresher for longer. This limits the number of times an item needs to be washed, which enhances its sustainability.
