When and how are orders shipped?
Australian domestic shipping via Australia Post at a $20 flat rate. Orders are shipped Mondays and Wednesdays. ShyAktive packaging is environmentally friendly.
Can I cancel my preorder?
Yes, absolutely. If you change your mind, please contact us at: contact@shyaktive.com.au and we will cancel your order and make the refund.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, you have 14 days to return or exchange your item(s) from the dispatch date. ShyAktive accepts returns and exchanges for products purchased on the ShyAktive webstore only. It is important you contact us before returning your order so we can validate your return and provide you with a Returns Number. Simply follow these steps to organise a return with us:
Inform us of your intent to return by emailing contact@shyaktive.com.au (AUS) and provide your original order number and brief reason for return/exchange.
Place the items in the original packaging or any other appropriate packaging.
Once you receive a returns number from us, complete the returns form and include inside the package - download the returns form here.
Ship via reliable courier to the following address: ShyAktive Australia, 88 Wollondibby Road, Crackenback NSW 2627.
Refund or exchange will only be made once the items(s) are safely back at our warehouse
What’s in the cost of a sports bra?
ShyAktive sports bras (and accessories) are a boutique product and our goal is for them to be more comfortable than the average sports bra and accessory. They are made from the highly sought after and luxurious fabric, Tencel, dyed naturally and made by high quality sewists ethically in Bali. For these reasons Shyaktive bras must be cared for properly for a long life in your wardrobe! Please visit our Caring for your ShyAktive page for more information.
*Although the Tencel fibre will reshape back to its original size after wash and care, please note the average lifespan of a sports bra is about 6 months.
