‘shyAktive’ stands for modest activity and general well-being. The word ‘shy’ does not have a negative connotation here but rather represents an inner confidence and integrity. ‘Aktive’ is a take on ‘active’ and conveys the value we place on movement and daily activity.

We believe in being present and working towards your own goals in an authentic, positive, and measured way. Our brand name represents having inner strength and confidence through movement. Our vision is to help promote that.

The yak is an important symbol of our brand - it represents purity, strength and courage. The Yak is also a symbol of spiritual energy and steady progress – this very much is in line with our ethos, and with slow fashion.
